A school community is not created when a principal hires teachers and support staff and puts them in one space. A school community is created when a group of intentional educators collaborate around a shared vision. In our case we are intentional about disrupting the narratives and stereotypes that have been associated with the Black male in the classroom. We are #ALLIN!
