Latino Leaders Network Presents "Cafecito con actors Xolo Maridueña and Tony Plana"

The Latino Leaders Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to “Bringing Leaders Together”, will host a Cafecito Series event to honor actor Xolo Maridueña, best known for his role as Miguel Diaz in the Netflix hit series Cobra Kai, with the Rising Star Award on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Tune-in for a chance to win a free round-trip flight, courtesy of the official airline of the Latino Leaders Network, Southwest Airlines.

The Cafecito Series is a new digital platform aimed to educate, inspire, and prepare the next generation of leaders through the stories of iconic Latino leaders. The event will feature an intergenerational conversation with actors Xolo Maridueña and Tony Plana, moderated by Voto Latino President and MSNBC News Contributor María Teresa Kumar.

The United States is a country built by immigrants. It is time to revise the immigration system in our country and make changes that will address root issues in order to prosper and help our economy bounce back from the pandemic.

The White House announced a sweeping immigration bill Thursday that would create an eight-year path to citizenship for millions of immigrants already in the country and provide a faster track for undocumented immigrants brought to the US as children.
