The Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) regulates the conduct of political campaigns and government officials who are elected and appointed to public office. Established within the DC Board of Elections, OCF administers and enforces the District of Columbia laws pertaining to campaign finance operations, lobbying activities, conflict of interest matters, the ethical conduct of public officials, and constituent service and statehood fund programs.
