I was in D.C for work and in a rush to get back home to New Orleans before the weather, tropical storm Barry, make landfall. I left my business laptop in a cab car. Thank God, I had a credit card receipt with all of the drivers information on it. Note to myself never pay in cash!!! I had to reschedule my flight to find this cab driver with my laptop. I have to say, thank you Madison Washington D.C bell-man that reached out to Anthony Fludd and his team to help locate this cab driver. Mr. Fludd and his team went above and beyond to assist me with retrieving my laptop. He personally retrieve my laptop from the cab driver and brought it to me at the airport. Words can not say thank you thank you enough. But I personally want to tell you and your team thank you ensuring that my safety was a number one priority, dedicated to helping me locate my laptop and being calm that things will work out. You are the best!!! ☺️☺️
DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles l DFHV thank you to Officer Perkins and Officer Godfrey for going above and beyond to return my lost wallet!! I appreciate y'all!!
Thanks so much for all your help, on a Saturday, in retrieving a purse left in a cab. You really went above-and-beyond. Amazing citizen service -- makes me proud to live in DC! Thanks again!
Mr. Brown, Account Manager in DFHV of DC Yellow Cab is the bomb! Thank you for helping me connect with my lost items.
Tried calling your office today, due to losing my cell phone in a DC cab on Saturday night. I need to talk with someone in lost and found. Phone rang with no answer and voicemail was full, therefore I couldn't leave a message this afternoon. I am in town on business and would like to talk with someone before leaving Wednesday. Thank you!
