This is a Personal Services Contractor (PSC) position. The selected candidates will be hired as non-status, non-permanent employees and will not acquire competitive or excepted service status. Contracts are for one year, renewable up to four years, and often serve as stepping-stones for long-term U.S. Department of State careers.

If eligible, and with supervisory approval, telework and remote work arrangements may be permitted. Please note that any approved remote work arrangement is subject to the locality pay area of the alternative telework worksite. Approximately 25% overseas and periodic travel to the OBO headquarters in Arlington, VA for remote workers is required. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.
