Energy Futures 2021: Building Energy Equity Together
On July 21, experts who connect frontline communities with corporate, Federal, and philanthropic resources discuss the gap between community needs and the networks and preparation needed by communities in order to access and fully utilize relationships, tools, funding, and systems. We will discuss how effective collaboration can be built between large corporations and institutions and individual communities and community leaders in a way that benefits everyone involved.
This discussion will have a foundation in research findings from the LIFT Solar Everywhere initiative that show the value of prioritizing the community, its vision, and its values in shaping clean energy programs that serve people and communities with low and moderate incomes.
