Advancing Access to Mental Healthcare and Health Equity Globally - United States Department of State

A few days ago, we marked World Mental Health Day. In partnership with the World Health Organization, INL developed the first International Guidelines for Pregnant and Addicted Women which led to the development of a specialized course to provide care for women who use drugs called the “Women’s Intervention for Substance Exposure “. Addressing substance use among women is critical from both a public health and public security perspective, particularly given the central role of mothers in the development of children who themselves are at high risk for substance use, criminality, and violence when a parent is under the influence of drugs. This week, INL is sponsoring 44 women from 16 countries to attend the National Association of Women Judges conference in Nashville, TN. During the conference, these women will join with colleagues from the United States and around the world to discuss substantive legal issues and common challenges facing women practitioners. They will take part in sessions on ethics and professionalism, technology, judicial bias, and access to justice for LGBTQ youth, and will join in a study visit to learn more about U.S. domestic violence responses. INL has been supporting this program since 2014 by bringing women judges from around the world as part of our mission to advance women’s full participation in criminal justice professions abroad. We believe increasing the participation of women as criminal justice practitioners bolsters the effectiveness of the system. As Secretary Blinken has said, "Women are a powerful force for peace and essential partners in advancing international security." Congratulations to all our participants!

This week, INL is partnering with The Caribbean Community Implementation Agency for Crime and Security and USAID - US Agency for International Development to host a Virtual Justice Conference and Technical Working Group. We're bringing together 60 legal professionals, attorneys general, public defenders, and civil society representatives from across the Caribbean to share best practices on increasing access to justice and adapting to the challenges of COVID 19. Participants have their work cut out for them: court closures and other delays due to COVID 19 have exacerbated court case backlogs; access to training and legal texts for professionals and self-represented litigants is inconsistent; case data is challenging to collect; and juvenile cases require coordinated efforts across the system to help reduce youth crime, violence, and recidivism. Participants will have a chance to discuss these challenges as well as some innovative approaches Caribbean jurisdictions have taken to address them. National Center for State Courts

I was scared to trade, because I have been scammed many times, but I had to take one last chance because I heard Olivia Carlos was a very honest lady, so I gave it one last trial wow to my greatest surprise what I have heard about her was correct, today through Olivia Carlos I have been able to get back all I had lost and earned even more, contact her for the best investment services and you will not be disappointed, I invested $1,000 and got $14,600 in 5days You can contact her directly. Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +14353592643
FOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, I saw a review on a page about Mrs. Olivia Carlos and before then I have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because I think I was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when I contacted her and she explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit I can make within a week I was convinced to give a trial and why I risked to invest 500$ was because I don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account and I made a withdrawals of 6000$ in a week, please I am very happy to introduce all friends and family to invest in themselves and their family. Instead of looking for other evil ways to make money or to increase their worth in life thanks contact her Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +14353592643
