The discussion will feature experts from , the Inter-American Development Bank , the World Economic Forum , the Banking sector, and the industry.

Dans le cadre de sa mission de promouvoir l’histoire, la culture et l’art haïtien, l’Ambassade a organisé une soirée pour commémorer le 219ème anniversaire du bicolore haïtien, durant laquelle ont été présentés des bustes de différents héros de la révolution haïtienne. Après deux ans de célébrations limitées dues à la situation sanitaire, l’Ambassadeur s’est réjoui d’avoir accueilli la communauté pour marquer ce jour si important de notre combat historique pour la liberté. Au cours de son discours, l’Ambassadeur a surtout mis l’emphase sur l’inspiration que doit représenter le Congrès de l’Arcahaie pour surmonter les obstacles du moment.

PASSPORT DC HAS FINALLY Returned to Washington D.C.! The Embassy of Haiti in Washington D.C. is delighted to have participated in this year’s edition of Around the World Embassy Tour.        
Every year, participating Embassies open their doors to residents and visitors of the Washington metropolitan area for an opportunity to travel the world and experience food, art, dance, fashion and music from different countries during the Passport DC. 
While visiting the beautiful chancery and discovering about Haiti’s history, art, and its culture, the guests had the chance to try the famed Soup Joumou, newly awarded intangible cultural heritage status of UNESCO.

The Embassy of Haiti in Washington D.C. wants to thank the officials, experts, and entrepreneurs that have presented during the two day Ayiti Tech Konekte event held at the Chancery.

It is important to highlight that one of the main objectives of this initiative is to connect the Tech community of the Haitian Diaspora in the US with its counterparts in Haiti so not only they learn from each other but they can team up to booster tech community for the common good of Haiti.
