On September 17, help us celebrate Councilmember Brianne Nadeau at this year's Friendship Place Gala & Awards! đź’™

Councilmember Brianne Nadeau has devoted herself not only to Ward 1, but to the people and neighborhoods she is proud to call home. As a mother, neighbor, and steadfast community advocate, she has spent years listening to residents, supporting local businesses, and working to ensure that District government serves every person with dignity, compassion, and care. As Councilmember, she has been a tireless champion for affordable housing, services for neighbors experiencing homelessness, disability rights, safer communities, and dependable public services—leaving a lasting mark through expanded housing assistance and a vision for a stronger, brighter District for generations to come.

Come celebrate with us! We can’t wait to honor the people who help make our neighborhood feel like home. 🎉
