DYSFUNCTIONAL PARENTS CREATE DYSFUNCTIONAL CHILDREN
What happens when children are growing up in a home filled with unresolved anger, resentment, and conflict?
In this week's Wisdom Wednesday, Phyllis Outlaw talks about the impact parental conflict can have on children. Even when parents believe their disagreements are being kept private, children can sense anger, resentment, and tension in the household.
Children watch their parents. They model what they see. When a child begins acting out, struggling in school, withdrawing, or showing signs of unhappiness, those behaviors may be telling us that something deeper is happening.
Parents must not only address the problems in their relationship—they must also make sure their children have someone safe to talk to and help them process what is happening at home.
If separation becomes necessary, children may experience feelings of abandonment or blame themselves for what is happening. Counseling and support can help them understand that the problems between their parents are not their fault.

IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT, YOU CAN'T RECEIVE IT!
Can you see the future God has prepared for you—or are fear and doubt keeping you from recognizing it?
In this week's Wisdom Wednesday, Phyllis Outlaw shares a powerful reminder that vision comes before fulfillment. Many of us pray for opportunities, blessings, and breakthroughs, but fear and limiting beliefs often prevent us from seeing what God has already placed before us.
Faith allows us to look beyond our present circumstances and embrace God's greater purpose. When we develop a vision rooted in trust and hope, we become ready to receive the relationships, opportunities, and blessings He has prepared for our lives.
CLR Community Empowerment helps individuals identify the fears, beliefs, and habits that limit their vision so they can confidently walk into their God-given purpose.
