Wancito Candidate For State Representative, District 108 My story is one of extraordinary perseverance, intellectual curiosity, and a deep commitment to my community. Yet, armed with a bachelor’s degre

Born in Haiti, English was not even a blip on my linguistic radar when I arrived in the United States in 2005. Yet, armed with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the State University of Haiti and an unyielding spirit, I embarked on a remarkable journey that has seen me conquer academic challenges, navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship, and dedicate myself to serving my community through

multiple avenues, including a persistent pursuit of public office.
• From Janitorial Services to Criminal Justice Expertise:
My initial foray into the American landscape was through entrepreneurship. I launched a janitorial company, but quickly recognized the importance of industry knowledge for success. This realization led me to Miami Dade College, where I earned an associate degree in criminal justice, a field that had always piqued my interest. I further honed my expertise at Florida International University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in the same field.
• A Calling to Serve, a Return to Community:
My passion for justice and service led me to pursue a career in law enforcement. I enrolled in Georgia Dekalb County police academy, determined to make a positive impact. However, a strong sense of family responsibility called me back to Florida, forcing me to make the difficult decision of leaving the academy before graduation.
• Building Businesses, Empowering Communities:
Undeterred, I channeled my skills and unwavering spirit into building successful businesses. In 2010, I founded Lion Intelligence & Security Services, Inc., leveraging my criminal justice background to provide essential security services. I further expanded my reach with Intelligence Tax Services, LLC., demonstrating my versatility and acumen.
• A Passion for Writing, a Voice for my People:
Beyond the realm of business, my creativity blossoms in my native language. I am the author of two books available on Amazon.com: "Les Techniques de la Production Ecrites" and "Un Reve Sauvage," inviting readers into the rich tapestry of his imagination and cultural heritage.
• A Persistent Pursuit of Public Service:
I desire to serve my community extends beyond the business world. I have repeatedly run for North Miami City Council, District 3, and Florida State Representative, District 107, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
• Building Bridges, Embracing Collaboration:
In 2022, I recognized the importance of collaboration in achieving my goals. I actively engaged with my State Representative in Tallahassee, seeking common ground and opportunities to work together for the betterment of district 107. This shift in approach reflects my maturity as a leader and my commitment to putting the needs of my constituent’s above personal ambition.
• Running Again in 2024:
This year, I am once again running for State Representative, District 107. My journey, from a young Haitian student to a determined entrepreneur and public servant, is a testament to the power of resilience, lifelong learning, and a commitment to making a difference. My story is an inspiration to those who dare to dream, learn, and build a life richer than circumstance, and his pursuit of public office reflects my unwavering dedication to my community. I am a life tapestry woven from diverse threads, and my story is far from over. As I continue my pursuit of public service in 2024, one thing is certain: my journey will be marked by dedication, resilient State of Florida. Wancito Francius is the founder of LION INTELLIGENCE & SECURITY SERVICES, INC from Dec. 26.2013 to present, INTELLIGENCE TAX SERVICES, LLC from June 26, 2014, to present and Raywant Investments, INC from Sep. 2, 2022, until present.

POU PUBLIKASYON IMEDYAT
Mwen Felisite Retou Istorik Ayiti nan Koup di Mond Apre 52 Ane
Antanke yon lidè Ayisyano-Ameriken e yon kandida pou Chanm Depite nan Eta Florid pou Distri 108, mwen fyè pou rekonèt epi selebre retou istorik Ayiti sou sèn foutbòl mondyal la apre plis pase senkant lane absans nan gwo konpetisyon Koup di Mond lan.
Mwen rekonèt siksè sa a depase yon senp viktwa nan espò—li se yon senbòl inite, detèminasyon, ak rasanbleman fyète nasyonal pou tout Ayisyen toupatou nan mond lan.
“Momant sa a montre Ayiti ap leve ankò,”. “Pandan plis pase mwatye syèk, ekip nasyonal nou an t ap tann opòtinite sa a. Kounye a, yo montre mond lan ke talan, disiplin, ak volonte pèp Ayisyen pa ka efase ni inyore.”
Mwen mete aksan sou lefèt ke evènman sa a se pa sèlman yon gwo avans pou nasyon an, men tou yon pwen vire pou dyaspora Ayisyen an ak jenerasyon k ap ede trase lavni peyi nou.
“Jenerasyon mwen an pa ap repoze sèlman sou eritaj zansèt nou yo sèlman,”“Nou onore sa yo te bati, men jodi a se nou menm k ap ekri nouvo chapit nan listwa Ayiti. Nou dwe fè plis, bati plis, epi prepare jenerasyon k ap vini yo pou pi gwo reyalizasyon toujou.”
Mwen kwè viktwa sa a montre yon mouvman ki pi laj nan direksyon pwogrè kiltirèl, lidèchip, ak devlopman kapasite nan mitan kominote Ayisyen an, kit nan peyi a, kit aletranje.
“Rezilta sa a se yon rapèl ke Ayiti kapab fè konpetisyon, Ayiti kapab monte, epi Ayiti kapab genyen—pa sèlman nan espò, men nan edikasyon, inovasyon, gouvènans, ak tout lòt domèn ki konstwi avni nou,”.
Finalman, mwen lanse yon apèl bay tout Ayisyen atravè mond lan pou yo kontinye envesti nan fyète nasyonal, inite, ak devlopman dirab pou leve jenerasyon k ap vini yo.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
I Applauds Haiti’s Historic Soccer Return After 52 Years
As a Haitian-American leader and candidate for Florida State Representative for District 108, I proudly recognize and celebrate Haiti’s historic return to the global soccer stage after more than five decades of absence from World Cup competition.
I state that this achievement is far greater than a sports milestone—calling it a symbol of unity, resilience, and renewed national pride for Haitians across the world.
“This moment proves that Haiti continues to rise,”. “For over half a century, our national team has waited for this opportunity. Now, they have shown the world that Haitian talent, discipline, and determination cannot be erased or forgotten.”
I emphasize that this moment represents a shift not only for the nation, but for the Haitian diaspora and the generations shaping the country’s future.
“My generation is no longer relying solely on the legacy of our ancestors,”. “We honor their work, but today we are writing new chapters of Haitian history. We must do more, build more, and prepare the next generation for even greater accomplishments.”
I believe Haiti’s achievement reflects a broader movement of cultural advancement, leadership, and empowerment across the Haitian community worldwide.
“This victory is a reminder that Haiti can compete, Haiti can rise, and Haiti can win—not only in sports, but in education, innovation, governance, and every arena that shapes our future,”.
I call on Haitians globally to continue investing in national pride, unity, and long-term development that uplifts the next generation.
