Join the “Drive to Donate” event on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, and for every trip taken on the 395 Express Lanes from midnight to midnight Transurban will donate $2 to families in need and the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial Visitor Education Center. Carpoolers with three or more total occupants ride free on the 395 Express Lanes at any time with their E-ZPass® Flex transponder set to HOV mode. #DrivetoDonate

Guaranteed Ride Home... think of it as "commuter insurance". If you walk, bike, carpool, vanpool, or use mass transit, including MD Commuter Bus, MARC Train, or Harford Transit LINK at least two days out of the week, you can get a FREE ride home in case of a personal emergency - medical event, mandatory overtime, etc. when your transportation is not available. Guaranteed Ride Home will work with you to get you home. Restrictions do apply, you must register, and your Supervisor will be notified to confirm your emergency. If you are a slugger/carpooler/commuter out of Springfield Commuter lot on Old Keene Mill and Springfield Blvd, The lot has officially closed. The updated new parking is below. There currently are no bike racks no place to lock a bike. These locations will remain in place until construction is complete in 2-3 years.
