Anyone in Wilkes County who received a summons for Grand Jury this coming Monday, August 10, 2026 please report to the 3rd Floor Superior Courtroom at 9:00 am. As a reminder, cell phones are not allowed in the courtroom. Feel free to call the clerks office at 706-678-2423 should there be any questions. As always, thank you for your willingness to serve!

For anyone summoned for jury duty in Wilkes County on Monday, June 1st, 2026 you are being asked by the Judge to only call in again after 1:00pm on Monday to see if you will be needed Tuesday morning. So you don’t have to come in and report Monday morning but to please call the number on your summons after 1:00pm. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as there are both felony and misdemeanor cases planned, the Judge is trying to help accommodate the planning of everyone’s schedules ahead of time.
