The Franklin County Health Department provides official Health Education, assistance with WIC, and Birth Certificates to our county. They also provide services to the uninsured, underinsured and to those with private insurance for a variety of services including immunizations.

HOPE for Franklin County Coalition strives to make sure that our community is able to access life-saving Naloxone at no cost. There are currently five locations in Franklin County, and we are always looking for new ways and locations to provide this emergency medication. Naloxone saves lives!

There are three large vending machine dispensers at the following locations:

Mercy Medical Building Parking Garage – 24/7
901 Patients First Drive

Franklin County Family Resource Center – 24/7

Union, MO 63084

Scenic Regional Library – St. Clair Branch – 24/7
