🏈📚 IT’S GAME DAY FRIDAY! ❤️🖤

One of our all-time favorite elementary traditions is Game Day Book Buddies with the Warrior football team!

There’s just something special about seeing the smiles on the faces of our littlest Warriors when their hometown Friday night heroes walk into their classrooms to share a book, a high five, a few laughs, and a fun activity.

To our little ones, these players are larger than life. And to our players, it’s a pretty great reminder that little eyes are watching, looking up to them, and cheering them on long before those Friday night lights come on.

❤️🖤 AWOL 2027 NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🖤❤️

We are reaching out to our Washington community to help us find our next AWOL 2027: A Week of Love recipient.

Each year, our district and community come together for one very special purpose: to support someone with ties to our community who is facing a significant, life-altering challenge and could truly benefit from the love, encouragement, and financial support of the Washington community.

AWOL has become such a special tradition in our district because it shows exactly what can happen when our students, staff, families, businesses, and community come together to take care of one of our own. ❤️

If you know someone you believe would be a deserving recipient of AWOL 2027, please take a few minutes to fill out the nomination form.

📅 Nominations are due September 30.
❤️ The 2027 AWOL recipient will be announced around October 9.

Reserved football tickets that have been purchased are ready for pickup! You can pick those tickets up in the Mid High building (directly West of the High School) between 8:30 and 2:30.

There are a few chair back reserved seats available, see below on how to purchase.

Reserved chairback seating-the best view of all the action at Reed Field, and it’s there for you already at each game!

Purchase online, then once approved, you will be notified to pick up your reserved seat ticket at the school.

Reserved Chairback Seating Details:
$75 per seat for all 5 varsity home games.

Tickets provide admission to the game and your reserved chairback seat for each home game.

Also, remember that other bench seating and lawn chairs under the canopy may not be reserved ahead of time. Since there is increased seating capacity, no reserving of seats ahead of time. Once the gate keeper is on duty, seat cushions and lawn chairs will be allowed in. Anything in those areas before the gate opens for spectators will be removed.
