At Visiting Angels, teamwork doesn’t stop within the walls of one office! Our Visiting Angels Directors come together once a month for a special time of collaboration, brainstorming, encouragement, and growth. 👏✨
These monthly meetings give our Directors the opportunity to share ideas, talk through ways to better support our caregivers and clients, and learn from one another about how we can continue growing and improving in our individual offices.
For Amanda, our Director, these meetings have been a wonderful opportunity for professional growth and fresh ideas—especially when it comes to finding new, meaningful ways to connect with the people we serve. 💙 She loves being able to work alongside the other Directors and create a more cohesive approach across all of our offices, ensuring our caregivers and clients feel the same level of care, support, and dedication wherever they are served.
We are so grateful for a leadership team that makes time to encourage one another, share knowledge, and keep moving forward together. When we grow as a team, our caregivers grow—and ultimately, our clients benefit. 🪽
