Last week, we were thrilled to announce that A*Z Precoat Metals will be the first to build in our Oldenburg Industrial Park. The upwards of $110 million project will include a 215,000 sq. ft. facility and create over 80 jobs.

We are thrilled to begin this partnership with Precoat and thank them for committing to Washington!

Yesterday Rawlings Sporting Goods hosted a ribbon cutting on their new 150,000 sq. ft. expansion at their Westlink Drive Facility.

It was an excellent event learning more about everything Rawlings provides and how it impacts the Washington region. We would like to thank Michael Zlaket, CEO and the entire Rawlings team for the wonderful things they said about Washington and for continuing to invest in our community. We are lucky to have Rawlings as a partner!

Congratulations!
