☀️ Virginia Cooling Assistance Program ☀️

As temperatures begin to rise, cooling assistance applications will be accepted soon for eligible households needing help with cooling costs this summer.

📅 Application Period: June 15 – August 15

Eligible households may receive assistance with:
❄️ Electric utility costs
❄️ Cooling equipment (such as fans or air conditioners, when applicable)
❄️ Repairs to existing cooling systems

This program is designed to help keep vulnerable households safe and comfortable during extreme summer heat.

Please see the attached flyer for eligibility details and how to apply. If you have questions or need help completing an application, contact our office—staff are available to assist.
