We know we tend to beg too much sometimes but… we SUPER DUPER beg someone to come meet this girl🥲

CC has had hardly any interest if any, and it hurts our hearts. She is a staff favorite, a volunteer favorite, but still day after day goes by that no one comes for her. CC is extremely people oriented and even tested great with children. She does a good job of keeping a clean kennel, loves to play fetch, and is most pleased being by your side or on top of you if you will allow her. CC is also dog friendly.

It is her turn to be loved as much as she has loved us so please come ask to meet her Monday-Friday 1-5pm!!!

Sweet Astra is a 3 month old shepherd mix who is waiting for her forever home. This sweet girl has really come out of her shell since being with us, we’ve watched her blossom in so many ways!

Beaufort County Residents,

Please be mindful that if you pick up a stray animal you are choosing to be responsible for its care until we are able to accept them into the shelter. We, unfortunately, stay very full and may have to turn you away if you attempt to bring in a stray animal.

As well as this, please be respectful to us while we navigate so many animals in need of our care on a daily basis.

Currently, our shelter is completely full and we aren't having many adoptions happening.

Although we seem to be doing well with cat adoptions, they are still flowing in faster than we can get them out.. Pictured below are a majority of our available kitties.

These little guys are all as cute and sweet as can be!! They would love to meet you and potentially join your family so come see us Monday-Friday 1-5pm. Cats under 4 months are $55 and over 4 months are $65 both including their spay/neuter, microchip, and first set of vaccinations. Names and genders are under each photo.

Casey is the most precious beagle mix now available for adoption! This sweet girl loves everyone and we cannot believe no one has come looking for her. She was a stray so we do not know of her past, but she is already spayed so she is ready to go home as soon as she’s adopted.

We have beautiful senior girl who is looking for a place to call home❤️

Shadow is a husky mix estimated to be 11 years old. She was surrendered due to absolutely no fault of her own and is ready to return to home where she will be spoiled. Shadow has been around children, but we still recommend bringing them to meet her if you are interested. If you have dogs, please bring them for a meet and greet as well.

Mojito is a tiny but mighty boy who is looking for warm lap to lay on❤️ This cutie is estimated to be 1 year old and weighs around 5 pounds. He can be a little shy at first, but he is easily won over with a little patience and some yummy treats.

Mojito needs a home with no children younger than the age of 15. If you have children 15 or older they must be with you to meet Mojito. If you have dogs, meet and greets are required.

Tito is a precious little chihuahua mix available today at 1pm!!! Tito is estimated to be a year old and weighs around 7 pounds. He is the sweetest little boy who deserves a life of nothing but love❤️

Tito needs a home with no children younger than the age of 15. If you have children 15 or older they must be with you to meet Tito. If you have dogs, meet and greets are required.

Every one meet Kobe! This handsome boy is around 5 years old and has the sweetest demeanor. He seems to have a very respectful personality and just wants to be around you and get all the love! Kobe also LOVES treats. This guy is available for $85 including his neuter, microchip, and first set of vaccinations. If you have a dog or children please bring them for a meet and greet.

Mae is a precious little chihuahua mix now available for adoption! She is estimated to be 2-3 years old and has the sweetest personality. Mae also seems to do very well at waiting to go outside to use the bathroom so she may be potty trained, but we cannot guarantee.

Mae is available for $85 including her spay, microchip, and first set of vaccinations. If you have dogs or children you must bring them to meet her. We are open Monday-Friday 1-5pm!!!
