Had an amazing time presenting for Red Ribbon Week with the bright 4th and 5th graders at S.W. Snowden! 🌟 It was inspiring to see their energy and excitement about making positive choices and staying drug-free. Together, we talked about the importance of healthy habits, setting goals, and supporting each other. Can’t wait to see all the amazing things these kids will accomplish! 💪🏾🎉

We had an absolute blast with our Pamlico Pals babies at Washington High School, PSJ, and John Small Elementary! 🎨✨ Our team-building through art exercise was a huge hit, with everyone diving into their creative sides and working together to make some amazing pieces. It was so rewarding to see them connect, collaborate, and express themselves through art! 💛 Not pictured are my PSJ babies because we forgot to take a picture, but I’ll post a closeup of the artwork after it’s been put on canvases in my office. Stay tuned!

I absolutely love partnering with the Sophisticated Ladies group at Snowden! 💖 Between this group and Pamlico Pals, these young ladies get a double dose of fun and get to participate in some amazing things—like this team scavenger hunt! It’s all about building unity and learning how to work together. Watching them grow, form bonds, and build confidence is such a rewarding experience. I’m excited to see where this journey takes them!

My elementary crew never disappoints when it comes to photo ops. 📸 One thing’s for sure, before they head out, they’re always asking for a picture! 😄✨

We had such a blast at our first Pamlico Pals meetup yesterday! 🎉 From creating Junk Journals to chowing down at our pizza party 🍕, and even taking a stroll along the waterfront 🌊, it was nonstop fun with my amazing crew! Of course, the older they get, the less cool taking pictures becomes, but luckily for me, middle and high schoolers are always ready for a good photo op! 📸❤️ Can't wait for more adventures with these awesome kiddos!

Hey friends!
I’m on the hunt for any scrapbooking or art supplies you might have lying around that you're no longer using. If you’ve got extra paper, stickers, paints, tools, or anything crafty that’s just taking up space, I’d be happy to give them a new home! 😊✂️🖌️ It’s junk journal time for my Pamlico Pal babies, and we’d love to put your unused supplies to good use!

Thanks in advance! 💖

Do you have a child between the ages of 12-18 that you’re looking to get active and use their hands for something other than video games?😂 We're gauging interest to see if we have enough youth here in Beaufort County to potentially start a youth pickleball league. Our first clinic will be held on October 25th from 5:30-7:30. There is no cost, however pre-registration is required, and slots are limited. Preregistration must be completed by October 14th.
