❄️ Barely freezing temps + fresh snow = bad time driving ❄️

Please don’t drive unless you have to. I know it’s a holiday, so in theory traffic should be lighter, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in Wasilla.

We have folks getting stuck on the hill at Crusey when turning onto Bogard (among other places). In an AWD small SUV with good tires, people are still sliding at 5mph. Slow down, WAY down. DOT is out trying to sand, but with the fresh snow it’s not going to last long after they black-top intersections.

People are going to be in ditches, which means tow trucks will be out in force so please ⚠️ MOVE OVER ⚠️ when you see them too! Yes, it is the law that you have to slow down and move over when a tow truck is doing tow truck things on the side of the road. They don’t have those flashing lights and hi-vis gear to look pretty, they’re there to give you extra warning that you’re coming up on a potentially dangerous situation.

Palmer doesn’t look so hot either (pun intended?), so take the above advice if you’re headed to the east side too!

2022 has started off with a bang! We will be making our rounds checking on drifts for our current customers. However, we would also like to help those in need that are drifted in. Give us a call or text and we will help with the best of our abilities.
