Wilkins House

Wilkins House A gift to Waterford in honor of Susan Wilkins, this building is available for community gatherings. No alcohol may be served. Breakfast goes from 7:30-10 am.

The Wilkins Community is a non-profit meeting house owned by the Waterfod Congregational Church. The Wilkins House is a stand alone building that is used primarily for non-profit community activities, but may be rented for community and family activities for a fee. There is a kitchen with two sinks, and large stove that may be included in the usage fee. Part of the usage agreement states that the

facility must be left clean and all trash removed. There are 10 tables that seat 8 available for use. And a small stage-platform if needed. The Wilkins House sponsors 4 breakfasts during the summer: 4th of July, and 3 Wednesdays through mid August. During the winter, the Wilkins House sponsors 7 Pot Luck Suppers, October to May, with no supper in December. They are on the third Thursday of the month, starting at 6:00. If there is no school due to weather at MSAD 17, supper will not be served.
