Alternatives Pregnancy Center Since 1991, Alternatives Pregnancy Center has had the privilege of providing a wide range of services to thousands of women in the Cedar Valley area.

Alternatives Pregnancy Center exists to be a first stop for people facing an unplanned pregnancy, to address at risk sexual behavior, and to help build healthy families. Services include:
