Notice of Village Hall Temporary Closing
Due to construction, Waterman Village Hall will be temporarily closed from Monday, October 24, 2022, to November 21, 2022. During this time, administrative staff will be working remotely during our normal office hours of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All in-person meetings and services will be by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment by calling 815-264-3652 or by emailing the Village Clerk at [email protected] or the Village Manager at [email protected].
The utility service bills will be issued as normal the 2nd week of November. The on-site drop box will not be available during this time. If you must hand deliver an item, please call to schedule an appointment. All postal correspondence should be sent to Village of Waterman, P.O. Box 239, Waterman, IL 60556 and will be processed daily. If you would like to make a utility payment, you can do so by mailing it to the address above or by utilizing the customer portal at https://waterman.authoritypay.com.
If you would like to submit a building permit application, municipal debt satisfaction application, utility account service application, you can download the form from our website: www.villageofwaterman.com.
Leaf pickup will run from October 24th through November 21st, weather permitting.
Our regular Village Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Clinton Township Community Center located at 160 W. Lincoln Hwy, Waterman, IL 60556.
