Look at our beautiful addition to the Courtyard at Clinton Township Public Library!! Thanks to the Robert and Pamela Bowman Memorial Fund distributed through DeKalb County Community Foundation (IL) our courtyard project is moving along. They funded two concrete tables and two concrete benches from Doty & Sons Concrete Products, Inc. which were delivered this morning! We are beyond excited to see this project come together!

There is still room and a little time to sign up for Betty Thuestad's Clay Butterfly class at The Village Studio. It's for ages 8-14 on June 22nd 6:30pm with a follow up glaze day on July 20th. The library is open 10-6p on June 19th and 10-2p on June 20th to sign up. Hope you can make it.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 8, and join us on the DeKalb County Courthouse Lawn for One County, One Nation: America 250.

Enjoy a Civil War reenactment, military car show, magic show, face painting, balloon artist, America 250 crafts, entertainment, live music by the RedHorse Band and more. There will be family fun for all ages!

Don't miss the Purple Heart County Ceremony, a special Veterans photo, the Illinois Aviation Academy air show, and the national reading of the Declaration of Independence at 5:00 p.m.

🎉 Free hot dogs, chips, and water for veterans, active military, and first responders, courtesy of The Salvation Army Mobile Response Unit.
