🚒 Public Service Announcement: Training Activity This Weekend 🚒

The Watertown Fire Department will be hosting a planned training conference at our training locations this weekend.

Training locations include Bernard street and the Airport training grounds.

Residents in the area may notice increased fire department activity, including fire apparatus, personnel, and simulated emergency scenarios. The training tower at Bernard Street will have live fire conditions as part of the training- smoke may be seen.

This is scheduled training and there is no cause for concern.

These exercises are an important part of ensuring our crews—and visiting departments—remain prepared to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to train and serve safely.

For those who may be interested, we have opened up a single day registration option for the “Brothers in Battle Forcible Entry” class on both Saturday and Sunday (May 2nd,3rd)

Students will get 50-100 reps each, mastering the art of forcible entry. Students will be forcing doors in real smoke conditions.

Spots are limited for single day registration!
