Just received this email....Pringle drop offs would be appreciated

Hi Wendy!
We have a large personnel footprint here. Hard to say how many but your generosity is very much appreciated! Whatever you send will get distributed easily! 😆

One item is particularly desirable..small Pringle cups. We can’t get chips..they are like gold! Your toiletry items saved a lot of us. With the shipping shut down in the Red Sea, we weren’t able to get containers for our base store and without your care package I’ve would have been in trouble! We are just now starting to get deliveries. The military had to airlift items to us.

Since Operation Epic Fury, mail and supply chain issues have made things more difficult to obtain, and your care packages brightened our day. It just so happened I was running low on a couple items that showed up in the box! I especially liked the post cards from Emma O.! I’m half way through my 9-month deployment with a wife/5 kids at home and Emma’s sweet words touched my heart

The Shutt Detachment, Marine Corps League will be hosting an Open House, Family fun day on Aug 1 from 12-5 at the detachment at 215 Mt Auburn St. There will be music, complimentary hot dogs and lemonade, lawn games, beer garden, face painting, and a cash bar.
