Who leads NYSERDA, ORES, DEC and DPS?

Who signed the 100' rule, tax breaks for solar, the all-electric building mandate, and Climate Change Superfund Act?

Who failed to bring new power online while their departments and agencies decommissioned generation?
The Governor.
Who added an election-year gimmick, one-time "POWER" energy rebate check that does absolutely nothing to solve the problem, but cost all of us?

Gosh I hope people remember this when they vote this November.
