Congratulations are in order for two members of the City of Watertown Fire Department.

First up is Deputy Chief Michael Kellogg, who will retire on August 23 after more than three decades of dedicated service to our community.

Next, Captain Andy Naklick, who has been appointed the City's next Deputy Fire Chief.
