Spring fever can lead to starting on home projects – but please avoid taking on projects you may not be qualified to handle. When it comes to electrical work, leave it to the experts. Even the smallest DYI wiring mistake can cause electrical shocks, fires and damage to your property. Stay safe and hire a licensed professional for the job!

‼️Billing Update ‼️

Our new payments system is now live and available at the new billing portal! You should now be able to make Credit, Debit, and eCheck payments via the portal or schedule payments. Please note Credit and Debit payments incur a 3.5% processing fee and $1.95 for eChecks. Cash, check, and Automatic ACH are still available.

All bills have been mailed, and we were able to see a few of them being delivered last week already. Please take a moment to review your statement. Due date is Monday the 11th.

If you would like to see your bill online, sign up for eBilling, or simply view your accounts and usage, please sign up at our new site.

⁉️Update: All bills have been mailed to customers and are due April 29th by 8am.

We are continuing to work through issues with our new system.

Please be sure to take time to look at your new bill and let us know if you suspect any errors. We have found that a limited number of bills had the wrong information or no information printed on the back side of the bill. We are working with our printing provider to get this corrected.

The online portal is open for signups, however, online payments have been temporarily turned off due to issues with your payment provider. We are hoping to have this fixed soon.

Budget Billing recalculation will now happen in June.

Thank you and we appreciate your patience during this software conversion.

When the call comes in, it’s reassuring to know the lineworkers restoring your power are your neighbors. Our local crews put their training and dedication to work protecting families, powering schools and hospitals, and keeping businesses running. In tough conditions and at all hours, they answer the call. Today, we proudly recognize our crews on National Lineworker Appreciation Day and thank them for all they do for the Watertown community.

Today our linemen Andy Niemann and Nate Sime along with other members of the Missouri River Energy Services travel to Arizona to help with the Light Up Navajo Program. Good Luck and Godspeed everyone!

Remember, look but don’t touch! Utility flags are there to protect you, your family and your neighbors. If you’re planning to dig, always call 811 first. Once underground utilities are marked, leave the flags alone — they’re there for your safety!

🛑UPDATE: Today all of our paper bills have been sent to our mailing provider and we expect them to be in your hands in a week, depending on USPS delivery.

If you previously had ACH with us, those withdrawals happened today as scheduled.

eBills are currently being sent out in batches to those that were subscribed to eBills. Please note, the eBill mail now includes a PDF attachment of your bill!

Thank you all for being patient during this transition.
