Affective March 1st we will be raising our community center rental rates. They have been the same since we started this project, we continue to make improvements to the operating infrastructure to control our costs, but those costs also keep raising for us. The new rates are from $85. to rent the dining room we are going to $100 The rate to rent the gym for 4 hours will go from $100 to $150. and the combination rate, dining room and gym will go from $150 to $200. Also the rates for the larger events such as weddings, all day receptions have increased to. Anyone interested in those can contact us for those rates.
