Today took us to Bridgeport for the Bridgeport Daze parade!

🏆 The Biggar for Clerk boat float won the FIRST place chamber award! As you can see, the kids were pretty excited to receive a trophy!

Thankful for little towns like these that keep the parades alive for the kids! Memories were definitely made.

It’s springtime in Douglas County! We’ve been busy hanging signs from East Wenatchee to Mansfield over the last two weeks. The outpouring of support has been truly humbling! From requests for signs to messages of encouragement, it’s all appreciated.

More signs and car stickers are on the way!

My name is Jenn Biggar and I have been your Douglas County Clerk since 2021. I am excited to announce that I will be running for another term!

I have nearly 13 years experience in the local court system. My experience spans from Deputy Clerk with the Chelan County District Court to Legal Assistant for both the City of Wenatchee Prosecutor and Douglas County Prosecutor’s Office. I have learned the intricate parts of the legal system such as interpreting RCWs, how documents move through the courts, search warrant procedures and much more. Throughout my career, I have built strong working relationships with attorneys, judges, law enforcement and the public.

Currently, I serve as the Vice President of the Washington State Association of County Clerks which has given Douglas County an advantage in being up to date on the latest legislation, training and technology. In June of this year, I will transition into the role of President of the Association.

I encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have. I welcome phone calls or emails and I’m willing to meet in person. Thank you for allowing me to serve Douglas County for the last 4.5 years, I look forward to many more!
