Would you like to fulfill your childhood dream of becoming a FIREFIGHTER, helping others or looking for a way to make some extra money?
Well..... Here is your opportunity to do so. Morristown Fire Department is now accepting applications, until August 7th, 2026! Official start date will be January 2027.
You can pick up or find the application at: Nordmeier Bros, Morristown City Hall, on the city website (https://ci.morristown.mn.us/), or ask one of the current firefighters for one. When the application is complete, please turn them into one of these locations: Nordmeier Bros. or Morristown City Hall.
This is a great opportunity for you to help others, a way to give back to the community, and join a great brotherhood & family.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to any of the current members of the department.

Our 6th Annual Big Bass Benefit was another success! Special thank you to all our sponsors, teams that fished, and everyone that helped us make this happen! We are already looking forward to next year!

Weigh in starts at 2:30 pm @ the swimming beach in Waterville. Come check out the big bass caught and now the little bass too thanks to DT's 118 Saloon!

We've got an interesting update for our bass tournament. One of our sponsors has decided to throw in a little twist. DT's 118 Saloon is going to give a prize for the closest 12" bass to 1.18 lbs. The winner will get $118 and a DT's 118 swag bag. This should be interesting! Thank you to DT's 118 Saloon for your support!

Our bass tournament is tomorrow. A big thanks to all the sponsors and teams fishing that make it possible. If you would like to watch the boats take off be to the swimming beach by 6:30 am. Otherwise come see all the fish get weighed in starting at 2:30 pm at the swimming beach. Hope to see yo there!
