Mt Madonna Stables in Watsonville, CA is currently looking for several multi-faceted individuals to join our team! We are hiring for seasonal camp and trail ride help, as well as for a full time barn manager.

The ideal candidates must have horse experience, ability to multitask, be observant, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

All applicants should be able to saddle and bridle multiple horses in a time efficient manner. Seasonal positions will include assisting with full and half day camps, guiding trail rides, and instructing private and group lessons of all experience levels. Horse experience is required, but instructing experience is not.

Barn manager job duties will include: feeding, lunging, grooming, tacking up, turnouts, teaching lessons, and other miscellaneous day to day barn tasks. Barn manager applicants should be comfortable with answering phone inquiries and scheduling trail rides as well. Applicant must have experience in the industry. Manager position includes salary and housing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to relocate to beautiful sunny Coastal California!

There is still time to RSVP for this event. Saturday at Trinity Rivers Equestrian on the Monte Vista Christian School campus. We will be doing riding demonstrations in both rings and tours of the facility for prospective MVC students and currently enrolled students and their families who are interested in the equestrian program at MVCS!
