WHAT A DIFFERENCE A CULTIVAR MAKES!
Here are four plots in our cultivar vs. Macrophomina trial. All were planted in mid-Oct 2020. Note the difference in plant size and canopy architecture. Some are small and grow low to the ground while others are tall and vigorous. These growth characters make a huge difference when it comes to finding and harvesting the fruit.

NEW PRESENTATION
On April 15th, Drs. Hewavitharana and Holmes presented at the University of California's Fumigants and Non-Fumigant Alternatives meeting hosted by Ventura County's Strawberry and Vegetable Crop Advisor Oleg Daugovish. This presents research on the 'effect of soil fumigation on rhizosphere fungi and bacteria in strawberries'.
