At Elderday Adult Day Health Care, activities are designed to keep participants active, engaged, and connected. One fun and energizing activity included drumming on medicine balls with drum sticks while listening to music together! 🥁🎶

This interactive activity encourages movement, coordination, rhythm, and social interaction in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Participants had a great time staying active, expressing themselves through music, and sharing smiles and laughter with one another. Some even got up to dance! 💃

Programs like these help promote physical wellness, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being while creating meaningful moments throughout the day.

Memorial Day is also a reminder of the importance of community—of caring for one another and ensuring every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, support, and hope.

As we reflect today, we hold space for remembrance, gratitude, and the families who carry these legacies forward.
