Tonight, Nina Staben, from Lake County Marines
received the Frederick C. Branch Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship in the amount of $180,000 for a 4 year degree at Xavier University.

Thousands of applicants submit for this scholarship nationwide and only a select few earn the privilege to go to college and train as a future Marine Corps Officer.
