Waukegan School District 60 officials announced this week that a memorial service for Waukegan High School counselor Chuck Gutman has been scheduled for Friday, Dec. 30, at Congregation Solel in Highland Park.

Today was the annual Essay Workshop hosted by Envision Scholars and Congregation Solel with several Waukegan High School students invited to work on application essays with mentors. Michael Ebner (Envision Scholars Mentor) and Josue Pasillas (Gates Millennium Scholar '13) opened up the Workshop with inspirational and motivational speeches. Enjoy these photos of the event!
