Waunakee Neighborhood Connection is pleased to award a $500 EMPOWER scholarship to Dominick Praksti at Waunakee Community High School.

Dominick has vast experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, and education apprentice, encouraging the success of both youth and adults in Waunakee. As he stated in his application, "Empowering my community is important because when people feel supported, they gain the confidence and skills to grow, succeed, and help others, creating a stronger community for everyone." We couldn't agree more!

Congratulations to Dominick, and we wish him well in his future studies!
