⚡️Mutual Aid in Action ⚡️

Following the devastating tornado that impacted Menasha two of our dedicated lineworkers — Evan Pratt and Kaden Ho**er — we’re on site assisting with power restoration and storm cleanup efforts. They worked alongside neighboring utility crews to help restore electricity safely and as quickly as possible while supporting residents through the recovery process.

We are proud of Evan and Kaden for representing our utility with professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to serving others. This is what public power is all about — utilities helping utilities and communities coming together when it matters most.

Please join us in thanking all the lineworkers, first responders, and emergency personnel who are working long hours to help Menasha recover.

1. You report the outage.
2. Our crews determine the location and the scope of the outage.
3. Lineworkers are dispatched to investigate.
4. Crews identify the cause and safely make repairs.
