Fin to Feast: A Catch-to-Cooking Experience!
This one-of-a-kind Fin to Feast culinary program gave kids an unforgettable experience—learning not just how to catch fish, but how to responsibly harvest, filet, cook, and enjoy their own catch.
From sharpening their filleting skills to preparing a full fish fry for their families, these young anglers brought incredible passion, curiosity, and pride to every step of the process. Watching them showcase their hard work to their families was truly special.
A huge thank you to Elizabeth, Jordan, and Russ for making this program possible. Their knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm helped create lasting memories (and some seriously delicious meals!).

It’s hard to believe, but another great season at Marathon Junction is coming to an end!

Sunday, August 16, will be the final day of operation for Marathon Junction and the Train for the 2026 season.

Thank you to everyone who visited us this summer and helped make it another great season. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you again next year!

Be sure to follow our page for updates and more information on the progress of the final construction of our new splash pad. We’re excited to share updates as the project moves toward completion!
