Scarecrows to take over Fulton Street!

-Pick a number on a bale of straw. They are numbered 1 - 16
-Each bale of straw is located at a lamp post Downtown Wauseon
Cost is $50 Proceeds go to the Wauseon Beatification Team (501(c) 3)
-Build as a team activity
-Ballot boxes will be located in downtown business as well as entry forms - Cast your vote for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
-Winners will be announced and notified
-Contest runs until October 30th
-Please maintain your scarecrow and remove on November 1st
Deadline for entries - October 15th
