🦸‍♂️ June is Men’s Health Month!
Be a hero for yourself and your family, taking care of your health is one of the most important things you can do. The good news? It doesn’t have to be complicated.

Here’s a quick checklist to stay on track:
🔹 Prostate Health
• Age 50+ – Talk with your provider about screening (PSA test)
• Age 45+ – Start earlier if higher risk (family history)
• Age 40+ – Consider if very high risk

🔹 Testicular Health
• Ages 15–35 – Most common age range
• Monthly self-checks are key, know what’s normal
• Report any lumps, pain, or swelling

🔹 Annual Check-Ups
✔️ Blood pressure
✔️ Cholesterol
✔️ Blood sugar (diabetes screening)
✔️ Weight & BMI
✔️ Routine physical exam
✔️ Mental health check-in

🔹 Don’t Forget
• Colon cancer screening (45+)
• Skin checks
• Vision & dental exams

💬 Real heroes don’t skip check-ups.
Schedule your annual screenings and stay strong for the people who count on you.

đź’š What we want youth to know đź’š

It’s okay to ask for help.
Your voice matters.
Your feelings are valid.
And you are never a burden.
Whatever you’re going through—you don’t have to handle it alone.
You don't have to have it all figured out.

There are people who care and want to support you đź’š

đź’š What kids wish adults knew đź’š

Sometimes, kids don’t need us to fix everything—they just need to feel heard.

Taking their feelings seriously, staying calm, and truly listening can make all the difference.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s create spaces where kids feel safe to share, be understood, and be supported.

Because being heard is powerful
