The Medical Call Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering call information and charges for insurance and patient billing. Specialist is accountable for meeting all State and Federal guidelines for accurate billing, provide skilled and efficient administration support when applicable, meet productivity standards and timelines. Other duties as assigned.
EMS, Fire or general medical knowledge a plus. Possess a positive and dynamic attitude. Strong analytical skills. Sound attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Have a genuine passion for serving the needs and success of the company and clients. Exceptional office and computer skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Capability to communication clearly and effectively with staff and Sr. Management.
