Certified State of Ms Contractor Since 2006. Certificate of Responsibility for Electrical Work, Mechanical Work, Building Work and Municipal and Public Work Construction. Certified Law Enforcement Officer for State of Ms for HCSO and Certification Since December 2003. Present Owner of aeelectricalservices.net A&E Electrical Services and Parts, Inc. And Past Owner of Roger’s Sports Bar & Grill. Married to Donna Hoefeld Miller Estopinal Since August 26, 2005. Resident of Waveland Ms Since 1995. Grew up in Chalmette Louisiana and Graduated from Chalmette High in 1974. I have 2 Sons and 1 step-daughter and Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. I am Running For The Position of Ward 1 Alderman Because I See a Need for More Clarification and Communication for the New and existing Homeowners. My Experience affords me to understand the importance of answering Questions from the new and existing Property Owners. I also Feel that Present Ordinances need to be addressed to see the effects if any on the 2026 Year and present times. If needed to be reviewed and revised then address them.
