Today, we come together to honor, remember, and celebrate the extraordinary life of Mrs. Patricia Lowman—affectionately known to so many as "Mrs. Pat."

Mrs. Pat was a pillar of strength, known just as much for her profound devotion to her family as she was for her remarkable 40 years of dedicated public service. To her family, she was the anchor, the heart, and the unwavering source of love and wisdom that held everything together. To her community and colleagues, those same qualities shone through four decades of steadfast service, where her integrity, compassion, and tireless work ethic touched countless lives.

As we reflect on her incredible journey, we want to celebrate the joy, warmth, and grace she brought into our world.
