Position is 36-40 hours per week, mostly work on site but some driving will be necessary to conduct inspections of federally assisted properties within the six counties we cover and a company owned vehicle will be available for use. A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance on your private vehicle will need to be provided prior to being approved to drive for the company.

IPERS, Health, vision, dental, telemedicine, lump sum disability, accident and critical illness, and term life insurance available after 90 days of employment. Employer pays 95% of premiums, employee pays 5%. Paid weekly. Starting pay is $20.04/hour.

PTO in the form of vacation and sick time available.

Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and Friday’s 8:00am - 12pm, employee may occasionally be asked to stay until 4:30pm on Friday to meet deadlines or complete necessary tasks.
