INTRODUCTION Crossroads Christian Community Ministries is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that attempts to moderate the negative impacts of domestic violence and homelessness on women and children in the Jackson, Nashville, and Dickson Tennessee. The organization’s programs, implemented by a well-trained professional staff, provide many opportunities for the reduction of cyclical

violence and facilitation of personal achievement through needed intervention. Supporting the development of confidence, emotional stability, and self-sufficiency, our organization provides many individuals and families with a thorough foundation for future success
Individual empowerment and self-determination have always been strong components of the organization. Founded in 2016, the organization was conceived and organized to address the social, emotional, physical, and cultural needs of women and children in the community, to counteract failure, and to assist in the provision of opportunities for fulfillment. Recognizing the devastating effects of domestic violence and homelessness on both the victim and society as a whole, Crossroads Christian Community Ministries has made full implementation of both our domestic violence shelters and Day of Peace an integral part of our strategic goals. In addition, the organization seeks to increase the capacity of support services offered to our constituents. CROSSROADS
