Looking for a fun way to experience more music and art in Waverly this year? The Waverly Art Pass is your personal guide to music and art events happening throughout the 2026–27 season, and they’re FREE for kids! πŸ–ŒοΈβœ¨

Each time you attend a Wartburg Community Symphony event, kids can get a signature in their Art Pass to earn points toward prizes like fun art keychains and charms!

Attend seven or more events throughout the year and you’ll even be eligible for a grand prize drawing at Waverly’s May 2027 Art Walk!

The Waverly Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently recognized four local businesses and organizations through First Dollar and Progress Awards. Honorees included Kaiser-Corson Funeral Homes, Inc., Alysia Ella Photography, Alex McCrary Photography, and All In Mentoring.

The Ambassadors met with the team at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Homes to present a Progress Award in celebration of the company’s 125th anniversary and the recent expansion of its cremation services in Waverly. For 125 years, Kaiser-Corson Funeral Homes has provided compassionate and professional funeral services to families throughout the community, building a longstanding tradition of care and trust. The expansion of cremation services provides families with additional options close to home while reflecting Kaiser-Corson Funeral Homes’ continued commitment to evolving with the needs of the families and communities it serves.

The Ambassadors met with Alysia Hinders of Alysia Ella Photography and Alex McCrary of Alex McCrary Photography to hold a ribbon cutting and present First Dollar Awards in celebration of the two businesses moving into a shared studio space at 89 E Bremer Avenue in Waverly. The new space provides both photographers with a dedicated setting to serve clients while allowing each to continue operating their own independent photography business.

The Ambassadors met with the team at All In Mentoring to present a Progress Award in celebration of the organization’s continued growth and move to a new office space located at Life Church in Waverly. All In Mentoring provides mentorship and support to help students build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and reach their full potential. In addition to its work in Waverly, the organization has expanded its mentoring programs to serve students in the Denver and Janesville school districts.
