🚨 COLD WEATHER INCOMING ALERT 🚨

It’s is very cold this morning.
Remember this is our normal Texas weather however, unless you loose electricity or will be traveling I would still suggest the same options in previous posts.
Stay warm and we are here if you need us.

3 of 3 post tonight
Your contact order. If we do not answer, understand we easily took several hundred calls today, weather and construction based, tomorrow will not be better. If we do not answer leave a message or follow up with a text and we will return these in order received. Please do not blast us all so that we can manage these calls and get to all of you.

2. Michael LePoris - Operations manager - 214.980.2499
3. Zachery Merrill - Lead Managing Foreman - 214.478.1905

email: [email protected]

Note schedule (previous 2 posts) as we are your contact points only . Racheal and Chelsea will not be in the office at all and the office phone is rolled to a cell phone held by myself, Claudia; and does accept messages but not voicemail. (I will fix that next week, when I actually can get into a ATT store)
We are all Iphone users so FaceTime is great or FaceBook has video call options as well. Pictures speak a 1000 words. Let us help you!
Also, Please understand we will not be refilling systems until January 2023 and depending on the demand it may very well be a process.

Again good luck all, but this is our typical Texas weather, always use caution and always make the best decision for your home, again muti-family and businesses have a different set of rules.
Remember we charge a flat rate of $100 to refill your systems to make it convenient for you to make a decision. If we can help you decide or calm your fears that is what we are here for.

Pictures of drain down procedures for single family residential only. My advice is contact your local fire department, HOA, insurance and alert them that your system is off for inclement weather.
Call or facetime us if you need guidance.

1 of 3 posts for information tonight.
Hello all, Happy Holidays!
I will be posting for our artic blast predicted to hit Thursday and Friday over the next few days as my advice changes. First I would like to remind our customers that this is our typical Texas weather, not what we experienced February 2021. That was a catastrophic event, unseen in many years in Texas. And this post is only for our single family home owners as they are the only ones with these options.
1. If you will be traveling for the holidays - drain it just like you would with your plumbing. Or leave a trusted neighbor/family member to do it in the even of option 2
2. If we loose electricity, or go to extensive rolling blackouts
3. Leave it live and operational. Remember the helpers we gave you. Open the cabinet if your riser is in the garage and place a space heater in front of it to keep it nice and warm. Also if your attic access is in the conditioned home open it up and let heat spread to your attic. If the access is in the garage, shut it do not open. You must maintain 40F, consider putting a thermometer in the attic for ease of monitoring.
4. Call us if you need us or have concerns, need guidance; please understand that we are answering calls as fast as we can but we are overloaded with the holiday schedule as well.

Office schedule. The office and staff will be out from noon Friday, Dec. 23 - Jan. 2 with the exception of emergency service calls and special situations in active construction. However please understand that we want to help you over the phone if we can, however in person will be very limited.

Wishing you all the best from Rhino Fire Protection, LLC. Stay Safe!

A Wind Chill Watch is in effect from Thursday morning through Friday morning for all of our North and Central Texas counties. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as -15 degrees are possible. These wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Avoid extended time outside, and if you absolutely have to brave the elements, make sure to bundle up with multiple lightweight layers and cover exposed skin.
